The Fareham School Sport Partnership is situated at The Henry Cort Community College, a Specialist Sports College in Fareham. It consists of a total of 40 schools from across the fareham Borough, encompassing 8 Infant, 8 Junior, 14 Primary, 6 secondary and 4 Special Schools. The Geographical layout of schools in such a relatively small area creates an excellent opportunity for collaborative work.

The Fareham Sport Partnership aims to impact on the lives of young people by raising the quality of Physical Education and School Sport. By harnessing the valuable human resources of teachers, coaches and volunteers, and working closely with a range of community organisations we aspire to place healthy, active lifestyles among young people at the centre of their lives.

• Raising Standards - A minimum of 2 hours of high quality PE and School Sports a week
• Leadership Programmes - Empowering young people to become independent learners and take on true responsibility
• All Young People - Encouraging physical activity from the youngest ages, through school and community sport to take them into adult life
